Finding the right home in New Orleans was a challenge, but Ryan was super helpful every step of the way. Thankfully, I followed Ryan's advice and ended up in my top pick. He definitely knows the market, which was especially helpful in getting the offer accepted. Admittedly, you'll not meet anyone as responsive and persistent as this guy. Simply the best! Once we began our house search in New Orleans, we went through several agents. Although some had good local knowledge, none had the local knowledge, the network locally of other listing agents (very important in a hot market), the patience and expertise to deal with customers both unfamiliar with New Orleans and first-time home buyers. Ryan worked within our very limited schedule over a couple of months -to show numerous properties, make back up offers on some that we missed (through no fault of his), and finally find one that met all our needs. I believe most agent would have given up. Given how fast properties move in the Uptown/Magazine St. area of New Orleans, we had to move fast and a big part of that was the trust we developed in Ryan. As a former Army Officer and West Point Graduate, my husband qualified for the VA Loan, and although a loyal USAA customer, Ryan even found a local lender which could not only process a VA Loan faster than USAA and get a better rate. In terms of negotiating a good price, our appraisal came back higher than the offer. He had some of the best quality local inspectors that could work on tight timelines. He was with us every step of the way, and we highly recommend him for anyone moving to New Orleans, particularly if you are interested in the Uptown area. At closing he even had a bottle of chilled champagne for us. Ryan truly went above and beyond, and we will absolutely use him in the future for listing and other purchases and would recommend him without reservations to our closest friends, family and anyone looking for an outstanding and trustworthy agent. We look forward to seeing him and his partner at our house-warming party.

He went out of his way over and above what was required and even assisted me in finding suitable contractors to help in my house renovations after I closed. He was patient with me and helped me swiftly find and close on exactly what i described that I was looking for. Which was a fairly exacting brief and architecture style not that common in the Marigny, I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Ryan has been our agent for two transactions in Uptown, New Orleans. He is hands down the best agent we've worked with globally. It's rare to find such talent available. If you have the ability to work with him - do it. We bought our primary residence from here a year ago, and had a very specific location and budget in mind.
